1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept refunds only under the following conditions:
✔ The item arrived damaged or defective
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ The product never arrived (confirmed by tracking)
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photo/video proof.
2. Items Not Eligible for Refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics and beauty products cannot be returned or refunded if:

They have been used

You do not like the product texture/scent

The issue is due to delayed shipping
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot cancel because processing begins with our supplier.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
